I run our family orchard with my wife and daughters. We produce small batch apple juice, hard cider, calvados and soon, gin. We also grow a permaculture kitchen-garden, creating a sustainable ecosystem.
I've sailed for my entire life, and enjoy fixing up old, wooden sail boats. Most recently, I fixed up my 12 foot, english boat, Teasel, that I sail in Brittany.
